Grown in the Southern Highlands, this is a beautifully balanced wine with lifted red berries and savoury undertones. It is medium bodied with spicy red fruits on the palate and is rounded off by mouth coasting tannins that are a hallmark of this variety. Following traditional Italian methodology, this wine was aged in a old French oak barrels for 18 months prior to its release.
