I’m not ready yet!

A leafy green vegetable used in salads and as a garnish, endive adds a refreshing and crisp element to dishes. It pairs well with various dressings, fruits, cheese and nuts and helps to provide a pleasant contrast to other ingredients.

To pick:

Leaves are ready to be harvested when they are large enough to eat and can be picked as needed. Harvest by pinching off the outer leaves, leaving some on the plant for future growth.

I took a minimum of 80 days to be ready for harvest!

Please be mindful that this garden is a shared space.

Kindly only pick what you will consume at the time of harvest.
