Used in cuisines all over the world, cabbage can be enjoyed raw, cooked and fermented. When shredded and thinly sliced, it can be added to salads to showcase its crisp and refreshing texture. Cooking cabbage allows you to enjoy its subtle sweetness and it can be prepared in numerous ways from steaming, sauteing, braising, stir-frying and roasting.
