Typically orange in color, though purple, black, red, white, and yellow may be growing

To Pick:

Loosen soil around the base of the greens with your finger. If the root is a minimum of 2cm across, grab the base of the greens and wiggle release carrot from soil. Keep in mind that once pulled, the carrot cannot be returned to the soil. 

Refrain from picking if flower or seed stalks are growing from the greens. 

I took a minimum of 80 days to be ready for harvest!
